DR. DUC LE | B. Sc., O.D.
Dr. Le grew up in Scarborough and attended W.A. Porter C.I. After graduation, Dr. Le obtained his Bachelor of Science with High Distinction from the University of Toronto, St. George campus in 1992 and then completed his Doctor of Optometry at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 1995 on the Dean’s honours list. Dr. Le also completed an internship at the Eye Foundation of Utah and Salt Lake City University Hospital which focused on extensive training in treatment and management of eye disease and was certified by the American Board of Examiners in Optometry for the treatment and management of eye disease in 1995.
Dr. Le opened his full service private practice in downtown Toronto in 1996 and in 1997 began a satellite practice in Thornhill Ontario which was eventually merged with Dr. David Ng’s practice in 2001 where Dr. Le currently serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor supervising senior optometric interns from both the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and the New England College of Optometry.
Since 2011, Dr. Le has been active as a consultant for several corporate institutions and has co-hosted several meetings with fellow optometrists in the GTA on a variety of treatment and management of ocular disease topics. Dr. Le is also an active member of the Ontario and Canadian Association of Optometrists and is trained as an affiliate of several GTA laser centres for the co-management of laser surgery.
Dr. Le speaks fluent Vietnamese and can often be found outdoors snowboarding in the winter and golfing in the summer.

DR. JONATHAN SO | O.D.
蘇富德醫生 (Optometrist)
Dr. So graduated on the Dean’s Honour List at the University of Waterloo, School of Optometry and Vision Science in 2002. As a budding optometrist, Dr. So interned at Dr. David Ng's practice where he learned different aspects or providing primary eye care in a private practice setting. Dr. So also completed an externship in ocular disease and therapeutics at The Eye Foundation of Utah in Salt Lake City, USA, where they specialize in ocular disease treatment, glaucoma management, laser vision correction and cataract surgery.
He believes that prevention is the best medicine. It follows that Dr. So's practice philosophy is to deliver the highest standard of eye health care, with an emphasis on patient education to enhance and preserve vision.
Dr. So was the recipient of the Centennial Optical Scholarship and the Essilor Award for Academic and Clinical Excellence in Optics. He is a certified orthokeratologist and is trained in laser vision correction co-management.
Dr. So speaks fluent Cantonese.

Dr. Chan graduated on the Dean’s Honour List at the University of Waterloo, School of Optometry and Vision Science in 2012. During her internship at the Cataract and Laser Eye Institute in Maryland, she received advanced clinical training in therapeutics and the management and treatment of ocular diseases. She also worked alongside ophthalmologists in the co-management of laser vision correction.
Dr. Chan is passionate about promoting proactive healthcare and preventative medicine with patients of all ages. She has special interests in ocular disease and contact lenses. She plans on participating in outreach missions to provide optometric care to the underpriviledged in the near future.
Dr. Chan is fluent in English and Cantonese. Outside of the clinic, she leads an active lifestyle, including hiking, yoga and weight lifting.
